Our History
From Within Wellness Centre Inc. began in July of 2006. It was the dream put into form of Michael Riske and Caroline Stewart. Together, they envisioned a Centre that would offer a complete resource for health and wellness.
As the Centre grew and more practitioners of health joined, a community developed. It is because of this community that we are able to provide complete health and wellness care.
It is our belief that health is not stagnant, but ever changing - adapting to the change in our lives. Therefore, we will continue to grow and develop as a Wellness Centre & Health Community. We welcome you to join us.
